NOTICE TO USERS.

CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF
THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE")
CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR
USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED
UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
GRANT OF LICENSE.

Bravo Interactive Ltd. grants you a license to use one copy of
the version of this SOFTWARE on any one hardware product for as
many licenses as you purchase.

- "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are
used to pay the license fee.
- "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or
displaying the SOFTWARE.

You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disable any licensing or
control features of the SOFTWARE except as an intended part
of the SOFTWARE's programming features. This license is not
transferable to any other hardware product or other company,
entity, or individual.
OWNERSHIP.

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Bravo Interactive Ltd.
Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and
should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.
COPYRIGHT.

The SOFTWARE is protected by international copyright laws and
treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual
property in the SOFTWARE is transferred to you. You further
acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the SOFTWARE
will remain the exclusive property of Bravo Interactive Ltd. and
you will not acquire any rights to the SOFTWARE except as
expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies
of the SOFTWARE will contain the same proprietary notices which
appear on and in the SOFTWARE.
REVERSE ENGINEERING.

You agree that you will not attempt to decompile, reverse
engineere, modify, translate, disassemble, or otherwise reduce
the SOFTWARE to human readable form in whole or in part.
UNAUTHORIZED USE.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
the SOFTWARE, or create derivative works based upon the software
or any part thereof, except as provided in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license.
LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE.

You may make as many copies of the Program as you wish, give it
to others, upload it to any on-line service, BBS, FTP, or WWW
site worldwide, include it in software collections such as CD-ROM
disks, distribute it through Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription)
Distribution, and distribute it in any other possible way, as
long as you:

- distribute the complete distribution of the UNREGISTERED
version of the SOFTWARE is copied, including ALL of the
UNMODIFIED FILES AND DOCUMENTATION contained in
the original package;

- do not share a Registration Code (License Key) with anyone
else and do not make copies of any printed materials
accompanying your Licensed Copy, if the copy you use is
a Registered Copy;

- agree not to sell the Evaluation Copies of the Program or
distribute them to others for any kind of compensation or
fee (small shipping and handling fees are acceptable),
unless you have received written permission from us; and
your permission to distribute the Program has not been
revoked by us;

- agree to inform the user(s) that the Evaluation Copy is
to be used for a time limited evaluation period, and that
a license for its continued use must be purchased once
the evaluation period has ended;

- do not bundle the Program with any other software without
our written permission.

Permission to distribute the SOFTWARE is not transferable,
assignable, saleable, or franchisable. Each entity wishing to
distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of
the distribution license.
LIMITED WARRANTY.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND. BRAVO INTERACTIVE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE END USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AS TO THE SUITABILITY,
QUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAVO INTERACTIVE LTD ITS AUTHOR(S), OR
ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY
OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO THE USER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING
OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR
ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, EVEN IF BRAVO INTERACTIVE LTD
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

This is the entire agreement between you and Bravo Interactive Ltd
which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding,
whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this
license.
RESERVED RIGHTS.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to
Bravo Interactive Ltd.
